Asia’s best idol group, Super Junior will hold a showcase in Japan this July.
Super Junior released their first single album, Miinah (BONAMANA) in Japan on June 8th. They showed off their power as Hallyu idols by becoming number 2 on the Oricon chart even though it was their first appearance on the chart.
Also, they broke the record for having the highest single album sales for a Korean idol group when all of their albums that were released in Japan sold combined total of over 100,000 copies. Representatives in the music industry were surprised by this occurrence.
While other k-pop singers have released their albums and have appeared on TV in Japan, Super Junior has received good results even when they had only few activities in Japan.
Super Junior is being called the long distance relationship idol group in Japan and to relieve their Japanese fans’ loneliness, they will be holding a showcase in July.
Also, they will be releasing the footage of their concert made as a 3D movie called, Super Show3 3D. Super Junior’s members Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, and Yesung will be in attendance of the premium viewing.
